Classes are relaxed and friendly where development is at the pace of the individual.

Monday, 8–9.30 pm

£10 per class

Physical drills, skills and tactics and scenario-based drills.

Every other Sunday, 11.30am - 13.30 pm. Starting February 2025.

Private 1 - 1 or private group sessions are available. Online sessions and Workplace events can be arranged. Contact us for more information.

We don't accept walk-ins. So If you're interested in having a trial session contact us to book a spot.
